The Rhymes in My Mind

Scribble of Riddles

Optical Shower

I wish it would rain
I wish it would pour
Please wash away the pain I have in store

I rotate on a cloud outside of myself
I put my heart away on a really high shelf
The locks have changed
I feel too strange
My soul is strong
But my faith is broken

The moment is passing or already passed
Should you turn your back on passion?
Can it be everlasting?
Euphoric shock of fantasy, savior of my sanity

Blindly exposed to a world that runs parallel to our own
Invitations accepted to no occasion
An apocalyptic fear eradicated by a fusion of suspension
A collision that released all the tension

As you snap back and shiver with withdrawal
No pretense, no manipulation, no remembrance
Wondering was it a dream
Did it ever occur at all?
An aligned paradox to bridge the wall

Grateful for the knight
Humbled by the light
No judge to deem wrong or right
Finding passion is worth the fight
